What this page is
This page explains the cookies and similar technologies neomi.app uses, what each one is for, and how to change your mind. It sits alongside the privacy policy, which covers personal data more broadly.
How we think about this
When you first arrive, we load PostHog and analytics starts. You can opt out at any time using the cookie settings control in the footer of any page, and the site works exactly the same either way. Session recording is the exception: it stays off unless you accept.
Strictly necessary
These make the site work and cannot be switched off. They do not track you across other sites.

Your cookie choice. We store what you chose so we do not ask again on every page. Stored in your browser under neomi.consent.v1, kept for 12 months, after which we ask again

Hosting and delivery. This website is built with Framer. Framer Analytics is cookieless and uses no persistent identifiers. See framer.com/help/articles/gdpr-and-cookies.
Analytics
These start when you arrive, and you can opt out at any time. They tell us which pages are useful and where people give up.

PostHog. Product analytics with autocapture and session recording. It sets a cookie in the form ph_<project key>_posthog holding an anonymous identifier and session details, plus an opt-out cookie if you decline. The cookie lasts 365 days. Events are retained for 12 months and recordings for 30 days.
Autocapture means interactions such as clicks are recorded automatically rather than only the events we define. Session recording means a visit can be replayed as a reconstruction of what happened on screen. It is controlled separately from the rest of analytics and stays off unless you switch it on in cookie settings. Input masking is enabled, so form contents are not captured.
Things that are not cookies but are worth telling you about

Fonts. Typefaces are served by our own site host alongside the rest of the site. No request goes to Google’s font service, whatever you choose about cookies.

Links to AI assistants. Some pages offer buttons that open ChatGPT, Claude or Grok with a question pre-filled. Following one takes you to a third party with its own policies. We are not affiliated with them and we do not receive anything back from those services.
Changing your mind
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie settings control in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent stops future collection. It does not delete what was already collected, though you can ask us to delete that using the privacy policy contact details.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the site may behave differently, though nothing essential should break.

If we add or remove a cookie, we will update this page and the date at the top.
