Who we are
LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “Neomi” (LLC “Neomi”, company code 45573476) of 20 Harmatna Street, Apt. 133, Kyiv 03067, Ukraine is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about privacy at dmytro@neomi.app.
What this policy covers
This policy covers neomi.app: the marketing pages, the Journal, the integration documentation, and the forms on them.
It does not cover the Neomi storefront that a grocer operates. If you shopped on a store powered by Neomi, that grocer decides what is collected and why, and is the controller of your shopping data. We act on their instructions. Requests about that data should go to the grocer whose store you used, and we will support them in answering you.
Information you give us
If you complete the pilot form, we collect your name, job title, work email address, company, website, number of stores, current e-commerce stack, what you hope a pilot proves, and a record of the consent you gave.
If you subscribe to the Journal, we collect your work email address.
If you contact us directly, we keep what you send and our reply.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we collect pages viewed, the page that referred you, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser, and interactions such as clicks and scrolling.
We use PostHog for product analytics, with autocapture and session recording enabled. Session recording does not start unless you accept it. Autocapture means interactions are recorded automatically rather than only the events we define. Session recording means a visit can be replayed as a reconstruction of what happened on screen.
Input masking is switched on, so what you type into the pilot form is not captured in a recording.
Analytics starts when you arrive. You can opt out at any time using the cookie settings control in the footer of any page, and we stop collecting from that point. Session recording is treated separately and only runs if you accept it.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. What they are, what they do, and how to change your mind are set out in the cookie policy.
Why we use it
•
To answer a pilot enquiry and have the conversation you asked for. Some pages offer buttons that open ChatGPT, Claude or Grok with a question pre-filled. Following one takes you to a third party with its own policies. We are not affiliated with them and we do not receive anything back from those services.
•
To send the Journal, where you asked for it.
•
To understand which parts of the site are useful and where people get stuck.
•
To keep the site available, secure, and working correctly.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of providers, and they act on our instructions.
•
Framer hosts and serves this website.
•
PostHog provides analytics and session recording. PostHog US Cloud is in use, so analytics and session replay data is processed in the United States.
•
MailerLite receives pilot enquiries and journal subscriptions.
•
Google is not used. Typefaces are served by our own site host alongside the rest of the site, so loading a page makes no request to Google’s font service.
We do not sell personal data.
Where your data goes
Our providers may process data outside your country. Analytics goes to PostHog US Cloud in the United States.
How long we keep it
•
Pilot enquiries: kept until you ask us to delete them
•
Journal subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
•
Analytics events: 12 months, the retention included in our PostHog plan
•
Session recordings: 30 days
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, ask us to restrict it, ask for it in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not undo what we did before you withdrew it.
You can also complain to your data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, write to dmytro@neomi.app.
Security
We protect this site and the data we hold with measures appropriate to a company of our size, including access controls and encryption in transit.
Children
This site is for people evaluating Neomi on behalf of a business. It is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when this changes and revise the date at the top.
