Integration readiness
The path from first call to a live pilot, and what your systems need to expose.
Integration is real work, and we will not pretend otherwise. It is also scoped, contained, and does not touch the store you are running today.
The path
Scope. We agree which data domains are in play, which locations are in scope, and what your systems can already expose.
Connect. Your team exposes the interfaces for the domains in scope, and Neomi reads them. Nothing is written back to your storefront.
Pilot. A branded storefront goes live on a defined slice of traffic, with analytics reporting from the first session.
Extend. Add locations, add domains such as loyalty or merchandising, and widen traffic on what the pilot showed.
What you will need
A way to read your product catalog, with attributes and categories.
Location-level inventory, or a rule for how availability is decided.
Current prices and promotions for the locations in scope.
An interface that accepts a completed cart and takes the order.
A non-production environment we can test against.
One technical owner on your side for the length of the pilot.
What we will not tell you
How long it takes, before we have seen what your systems expose. Any vendor quoting a timeline before that conversation is guessing. What we can say is that this is a data integration rather than a replatform.
